Engineering such as: a) problems that model optical fiber
communication systems; b) problems that model water waves and waves i
in plasma physics, etc.
ii. Software development for solving evolution equations.
Bioinformatics: Involved in a project called: .Computing Life. with
scientists from Physics and Genetics. My role is to a) solve the system
of differential equations that model biochemical reaction networks byi
using efficient numerical methods; b) develop parallel algorithms to
speed up the computations;
