Bio
I am a PhD student at the Computer Science Department of University of Georgia. My major adviser is Professor John A.Miller. I am currently working on multiple machine learning projects in collaboration with Mayo Clinic, including the following: predicting all cause mortality in patients with severe aortic stenosis, and predicting breast cancer survivability.
My previous work was on predicting bitcoin price using time series analysis.
I use machine learning and data mining techniques to aid in solving bioinformatics problems. Apart from traditional data science techniques, I am also interested in applying deep learning models in these areas.
