I will be joining Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA, as an Assistant Professor in Computer Science beginning fall 2021.

I defended my Ph.D. dissertation in July 2021. I consider myself fortunate to have had Dr. Khaled Rasheed as my advisor.

I was born and raised in Mashhad, Iran and studied Electrical Engineering before joining UGA. My last name is pronounced /ya-KOO-bee-un/.
