class MGc_Queue extends MMc_Queue with Error
The MGc_Queue
class is used to solve single node Queueing problems.
It models a service station consisting of one queue and 'c' servers, i.e.,
an M/G/c queue. The arrivals are Poisson and the service time distribution
is General.
