The Department offers the Master of Science (MS) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees in computer science.

We also offer an interdisciplinary Masters in Applied Mathematical Sciences (MAMS) degree.

In addition, the department participates in the graduate-level Computational Biology certificate program.
